shipping info / disclaimers?

gyuchew studios only utilizes the united states postal service (usps) unless noted otherwise. all tracked orders will have a tracking number provided through the website - you should receive an email through the one you provided when making the purchase with this information. if you purchased through stamped, you will not receive a tracking number but you will receive a shipping notification. 

incorrect address policies: if you do not email me with an updated address change and the order number, i will not honor any replacements for the order. please note that there are a handful of orders i receive at a time, therefore i cannot chase after every customer to confirm the address!

shipping duration (in-stock items)packing for in-stock items may take between 1-2 weeks! i work a full time day job, so i am only available to pack orders after i get off of work.

shipping duration (preorders): depending on the item, it may take 1-2 months for production & shipping overall! production time may take a while, depending on the product itself, and incorporating my shipping time, you can find updates on my instagram under my "updates" highlight to get the status of your order. 

stamped shippingall stamped shipping orders are final sale. i am not responsible for lost or stolen mail for stamped shipping orders. please give stamped mail a longer shipping time period due to the post office standards.

tracked shipping: if you lost your tracking number, feel free to reach out to me and i can provide one for you. i am not responsible for any lost or stolen mail that occurs.

import taxes & fees

i am not responsible for any import taxes & fees required by your country.

where can you ship to?

currently, i am open to everywhere but please note that EU & UK Customers may have to pay for VAT duties/fees or customs upon delivery. i will begin limiting locations i'll be mailing to shortly.

what is your refund policy?

unfortunately, due to the size of my shop, i will not be honoring refunds. i cannot cover all the potential refunds that are requested, however if you can provide proof of damage to your product the moment you received the item (eg: unboxing video), i may be able to send you a replacement once you send the product back - however please understand that this is not a guarantee

what about cancelations? 

unfortunately, just like refunds, i will not be honoring cancelations.

what about preorders? can i get a refund or cancel those?

preorders cannot be canceled or refunded. please make sure you confirm that you absolutely want those items - i need those items to be funded in order to be pushing into production. 

what happens if my product gets damaged over time?

i am not responsible for the product damages that were made by the buyer.
